We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused products only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection.

Customers will bear the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty for Defects Only

Our flags are built for durability and to last long, but please note that flags are outdoor products that are exposed to different and sometimes extreme weather conditions. General wear and tear are not covered under our warranty. Our 30-day guarantee covers only manufacturing defects. We are unable to replace flags damaged due to extreme weather or extended outdoor exposure.

For indoor or standard outdoor use, your flag is made to stand the test of time.
